During the three days of the EcoBuild, CYPE will show its CYPE Suite MEP software, developed to carry out the thermal and energy analysis of buildings, design their lighting, sound and fire extinguishing installations. It is a group of programs with integrated Open BIM technology to allow users to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary and multi-user manner.

In this way, it is possible to develop projects in a coordinated, open and simultaneous manner between the different technicians or agents that are involved. In this workflow, proposed by CYPE, the project is solved iteratively through a progressive resolution of its different aspects.

Visitors will be able to see how CYPE Suite MEP programs and functions operate, including:

CYPETHERM LOADS, which calculates the thermal load of buildings, in accordance with the RTSM, proposed by ASHRAE;

CYPETHERM EPlus, which is an application used to model and perform the energy simulation of buildings with EnergyPlus™

CYPETHERM HVAC, which designs, calculates and analyses HVAC installations (heating, ventilation and air conditioning).

All of these are integrated into the Open BIM workflow through the IFC standard and connected to BIMserver.center®, a service managed by CYPE to save, synchronize and share BIM project files.

EcoBuild is one of the largest international air conditioning, heating and cooling exhibition with thousands of products and state of the art technology. It brings together manufacturers and suppliers of the most advanced HVAC&R systems with companies and industry professionals.
